If you have one day and have never been, pick Disneyland Park: the castle park is what people mean by Disneyland Paris. If you have one day and specifically want World of Frozen, the Ratatouille ride or the Tower of Terror, you need Disney Adventure World, or a two-park ticket. The rename, and why it matters to you
On 29 March 2026 Walt Disney Studios Park became Disney Adventure World, and a large expansion opened the same day, headlined by World of Frozen. That is six months ago. Most of the advice you will find online predates it: it names the old park, and it describes a park with markedly less to do. If a guide tells you the second park is a half-day at best, check when it was written. The second park was renamed from Walt Disney Studios Park to Disney Adventure World on 29 March 2026, so anything written before that names a park that no longer appears on a sign.

Disneyland Park holds the things people picture: the castle, Main Street, Frontierland with Big Thunder Mountain and Phantom Manor, Discoveryland with the launch coaster now called Star Wars: Hyperspace Mountain. Is the two-park ticket worth the difference?
The gap is roughly €20 to €40 for a single day. On a one-day visit, moving between parks costs you time as well as money, and you will do neither properly. On two days it is close to automatic. If you only have one day
Take Disneyland Park unless there is a specific reason not to. It is the bigger park, it holds the sights that make the resort recognisable, and a first visit that skips the castle tends to feel like the wrong visit. The exception is a family whose children want World of Frozen, in which case the calculation flips entirely.
If you have two days
Do one park each, and use the morning of each day properly rather than splitting your attention. Multi-day tickets generally include park-hopper access anyway, so the flexibility is there if you want it in the evenings.
